| Kitchen and Great Room |
| For today’s family, the kitchen and great room have become the center of the home. A gathering place where family and friends come together. By opening up this central area of the home, it offers a relaxed and inviting atmosphere that allows for greater family interaction. Incorporate large windows to brighten the area with natural light, raise the ceiling heights to open up the space further and add a gas log fireplace to add warmth. And, don’t forget to show who you are. Express your style through your choice of cabinets, flooring, lighting, wall and window treatments, furnishings, area rugs and more. |

| Master Retreat and Spa |
 |
Create your own state of bliss. One where you can relax and let go of the days worries. Create a sitting area in the master bedroom to provide a space for relaxing, reading and for private conversation with loved ones. Reduce stress as you prepare for your days agenda by creating a calm spa like feeling in your master bathroom. Add a whirlpool tub, steam jets in your shower, towel warming drawers and maybe a vanity/dressing area. Enhance the feeling with warm soothing colors, lighting and personal touches. And finally, save time in your daily routine by expanding your storage area with a walk-in closet, and organizers. |

| Double Duty Loft: Playroom/Guestroom |
| Children need their own space too. Opening up and finishing out an attic space could provide just what they need. Design a student study area with ample lighting, storage and include wiring for today’s technology. This space could serve double duty as a game room for when their friends come over or as a guest room. Add convenience by including a snack area with a sink and small refrigerator and a bathroom. And finally, involve the children in the designing of their space so they can express their personalities too. |
